Retreat Terms of Service:

1. Retreat Pricing & Transportation

   Prices are per person and do not include travel costs to and from the retreat. Attendees staying offsite must either rent a vehicle or coordinate with another attendee staying offsite to share a rental care/ride.

2. Payment & Deposit

   $400 of the payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. Payment my be made in full or in 3 installments. Full payment must be received no later than February 28, 2025. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy  

   No refunds are offered for deposits ($400). Other payments are nonrefundable unless another paying customer takes the place of the person canceling. 

4. Assumption of Risk 

   Participants accept full responsibility for injuries, death, or property damage resulting from retreat activities and will follow all safety guidelines. 

5. Media Release

   Participants grant permission for any photos, videos, or testimonials captured during the retreat to be used by [Rachel W Cole/Cole Creative] for promotional purposes.

Liability Waiver:

1. Assumption of Risk  

   Participation in the retreat involves risks, including but not limited to:  

   - Encounters with desert wildlife (snakes, insects, etc.)  

   - Hazardous terrain (rocks, cliffs, loose soil, sharp vegetation)  

   - Extreme environmental conditions (heat, sun exposure, dehydration)  

   I assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, property damage, or death arising from my participation in the retreat.

2. Release of Liability

   I release and hold harmless Rachel W Cole/Cole Creative, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, and any property owners or hosts of the retreat locations from any and all claims, including those resulting from negligence, arising from:  

   - Wildlife encounters  

   - Injuries from terrain  

   - Environmental exposure  

3. Travel and Accommodation Disclaimer  

   [Rachel W Cole/Cole Creative] is not responsible for:  

   - Travel-related disruptions (missed or canceled flights, travel delays, etc.)  

   - Additional accommodation costs due to extended stays beyond the four (4) nights included in the retreat package. 

4. Medical Treatment & Allergy Notification 

   [Rachel W Cole/Cole Creative] is not responsible for providing medical care. I authorize necessary medical treatment in case of accident or illness and agree to cover associated medical costs.  

   I will inform [Rachel W Cole/Cole Creative] of any allergies in advance and carry the necessary medication.

5. Covenant Not to Sue 

   I agree not to file any claims or lawsuits against [Rachel W Cole/Cole Creative], its representatives, or property owners arising from my participation in the Activity, including injuries, allergic reactions, or travel and accommodation issues.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding 

   I have read and understood this waiver, releasing [Rachel W Cole/Cole Creative] from liability and confirming my voluntary participation in the retreat.
